RETURNS

1. For returns due to our error (e.g. wrong item sent), we will shoulder the return shipping cost both ways.

2. For returns due to item exchanges (e.g. exchange sizes), the customer will shoulder the return shipping to us and we will shoulder shipping back to the customer.

REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds unless the items are reported defective upon arrival. Defective items should be reported within seven (7) days of receiving the item.

SHIPPING

By default, orders are shipped via local courier (e.g. 2Go, LBC, etc.). Shipping times will vary according to location, but is typically within 1-2 days for Metro Manila and 3-5 days for provincial addresses.

We can ship via same-day courier service (e.g. Grab, Lalmove, etc.), with the customer booking the rider to pick up the items from us. Items are located in Paranaque.
